We All Want the Same Thing

My behavior online tells search engines to send me dog stories and links. The one I received this morning could have said human patients as opposed to canine or feline ones. My take away: Caregivers want to do the best they can for their patients and the ones related to them.

Scroll past the (paraphrasing) "How To Market Your Business" sections and start with "What Pet Parents Want." You can always go back and read about accreditation. Does this remind you of everybody we know in healthcare today? The importance of Listening, Trust, and Environment? It sounds like what Mike and I strive for everyday and what we see in ERs and Cancer Centers
