Shipping Policy
Shipping is arranged for large orders either Dock-to-Dock or White Glove Delivery. If Dock-to-Dock is requested, the customer is telling us that they have a receiving dock at the height of a tractor trailer. Our carrier will move product onto the receiving dock where the customer takes ownership.
When White Glove Delivery is requested, the carrier will unbox, remove trash, and place product at the same facility as desired.
Return & Exchange Policy
Any product that is custom made is non-returnable once an order has been placed. If an order is canceled after being accepted into the Production cycle, 25% of the Purchase Order will be due and payable within 30 days of cancelation.
If an change or exchange if requested during the time the order is waiting to be built, additional charges may be incurred.
